Tacos for lunch, tacos for dinner. With all the gorgeous peppers flooding the market in the last few weeks (I love the mild Poblanos), I’ve been on a pretty serious ropa vieja kick lately; though I don’t really use a recipe, a reliable one can be found here.

salivating right now. thanks for posting the link as i’ve been looking for a braising recipe sans crock pot, which i’ve been told is an essential device.
i don’t even own a crock pot so i’m always on the hunt for slow cooked meals that i can make in my enamel coated cast iron pot. the recipe posted really does the trick!

YEAH, this looks pretty good. This past summer was a good blend of homemade sauces & pulled pork tacos. The stranger the mustard, the better. Haha. These look top notch.
